Orders & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and save your wishlist.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into My Account to see real-time shipping updates

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly (within 1-2 business days). Please contact us as soon as possible at support@rattankind.com. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you may request a return.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship from U.S. warehouses located in New Jersey, Los Angeles (CA), and Atlanta (GA). Orders are routed automatically from the nearest warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time is 1โ€“2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3โ€“8 business days across the contiguous U.S.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Currently, we do not ship to the following U.S. territories and military addresses:

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your order includes a PO Box address and the carrier does not support it, we will contact you to update the address or cancel the order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available to most addresses in the contiguous U.S. For certain remote addresses with higher shipping costs, surcharges may apply

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

For product quality issues, missing items, or incorrect shipments, you can file a claim within 30 days of payment.
For change-of-mind returns (no reason), you may return within 30 days of delivery, but the refund will be 60% of the order value, and return shipping is your responsibility.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What documents do I need to provide for a claim?

Depending on the issue, you may need to submit:
Photos/videos of the product defect
Photos of packaging and shipping label
Photos of received items (for missing/wrong items)

Do you provide prepaid return labels?

Yes, if the issue is caused by us (defects, damage, wrong item), we provide a return label. For personal returns (donโ€™t want/donโ€™t like), you cover the shipping cost.

How do you handle damaged products?

Please inspect items upon delivery. If damaged, note it with the driver (if applicable), take photos of the packaging, label, and product, and contact us within 5 business days. We will provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other secure methods shown at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Yes, our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Products & Materials

What materials are your products made of?

Our furniture is made with PE rattan (resin wicker), acacia wood, powder-coated steel or aluminum, and outdoor-grade cushions with quick-dry foam.

Is PE rattan durable outdoors?

Yes, PE rattan is UV-resistant and waterproof, making it ideal for year-round outdoor use. Unlike natural rattan, it will not crack or fade.

How long does acacia wood last outside?

With seasonal care and re-sealing once a year, acacia wood furniture can last 5โ€“10 years outdoors.

How do I clean and maintain wicker furniture?

Wipe PE rattan with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals. Store or cover cushions during heavy rain or winter. For acacia wood, apply outdoor sealant yearly.

Do items come assembled?

Most sets ship flat-packed. Basic tools are included, and assembly usually takes 20โ€“40 minutes with two people.
