Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from RattanKind. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and after-sales service.

1) Return & Refund Window

  • Customers may submit an after-sales claim within 30 days of order payment.
  • Eligible cases include product quality issues, missing parts, wrong items shipped, or listing errors (when the product received does not match the product description).
  • Once a return is approved, we may provide a return label (RL) and the product must be shipped back within 10 days. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

2) Situations Not Considered Product Issues

The following do not qualify as product defects or shipping errors:

  1. Color differences caused by lighting, monitor display, or photography.
  2. Minor size discrepancies within a reasonable range due to manual measurement.
  3. Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow product instructions (including personal injury or property loss).

3) Documentation Required for Claims

To help us resolve your case quickly, please provide clear photos or videos:

  • Product quality issue:
    a. Photos or video showing the defect
    b. Outer packaging and shipping label photo (clear and complete)
  • Missing items/parts:
    a. Full photo of the outer packaging and shipping label
    b. Photo of all items received
    c. Marked instruction manual showing missing parts, or highlight missing section on the product
  • Wrong item shipped:
    a. Full photo of the item received
    b. Outer packaging and shipping label photo
  • Listing error (description mismatch):
    a. Full photo of the item received
    b. Outer packaging and shipping label photo

4) “No-Reason” Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For personal reasons such as “don’t want,” “don’t like,” or “not satisfied”:

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Customers must return the product at their own expense to the address provided by our support team.
  • Returned products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • After inspection, we will refund 55% of the order value (excluding payment processing fees).
  • Please note: shipping fees for customer-initiated returns are non-refundable.

5) Damaged or Broken Items Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damage:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable).
  2. Take photos of:
    • The outer packaging and clear shipping label
    • The damaged area(s) of the product
    • Order details or screenshot of the order information
  3. Contact us within 5 business days with this information.

Resolution: Based on inspection, we will either provide a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund. If a return is required, we will issue a prepaid return label when applicable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and verified.
