Here are answers to the most common questions about our products, shipping, and returns.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–8 business days. Remote areas or peak seasons may take longer. We ship from U.S. warehouses (CA, NJ, GA).

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. We don’t ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), or military addresses (AE/AP).

Please note the issue with the delivery driver (if possible) and contact us within 5 business days with photos of the package label, outer box, and the damaged area. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days from the shipping date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. Our sets use all-weather PE rattan and rust-resistant frames. Cushions are designed for outdoor use; we still recommend covering or storing them during severe weather to extend their life.
